Senate approves Mold Claim Bill
The Senate approved SB. 1763 by a 21-11 vote and the bill is
now on its way to the Assembly. The bill would allegedly
force insurers to cover mold claims, a move that trade
groups said could cause an availability crisis for

Flood of
problems for downtown merchant

has been in business in downtown Los Gatos for 10 years.
That all came to an end on Aug. 12 of last year when the
basement of her store was flooded with raw sewage due to a
failed sewer line. Now Walker is in a battle to recover
damages that have left her with no inventory with which to
